Spiritual direction

A spiritual director helps someone recognize and pay attention to what God is doing in their life. They help them enter into a dialogue with God and respond to what they perceive God to be saying to them, and live in a deepening relationship with Him.

It is a form of listening ministry dating back to the church fathers that encourages silence, prayer, and holy listening to minister to the hearts of both the director and the directee. 

Those receiving spiritual direction meet with their director monthly, and each session will be as unique as the individual receiving direction. Sessions are available online or in person and last one hour.

Be still and know that I am God;

I will be exalted among the nations,

 I will be exalted in the earth (Psalm 46:10)
